This folder contains a bunch of maps for the game »Beyond All Reason« (BAR). The 7z file contains all the sd7 files (which are the actual map files). The sd7 files belong into the folder \data\maps of your BAR installation. If you installed it only for the current user, then that is most likely C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Programs\Beyond-All-Reason\data\maps.
